The two categories are:

  • 💊 Hyped and bloated: 50 random products with affiliate links and no real purpose

  • 💡 Overly minimal: “Just eat protein and get some sun, bro”

Neither one serves the modern man well.

Especially if you’re over 35…

…juggling a demanding career, aging metabolism, hormonal shifts, and goals that matter—like being lean, sharp, energized, and focused for the long haul.

This is the supplement list I’d give a high-performing client or patient who wants to optimize muscle, metabolism, mood, libido, recovery, and brain health—without wasting money.

Let’s break it down by purpose and priority.

🏛️ Foundation: The Daily Core Stack

Start here. This is the base.

✅ Creatine Monohydrate – 3–5g/day

Muscle, strength, ATP, cognitive support

✅ Whey Protein Isolate – 30–40g/meal

Build/maintain lean mass, spike MPS, fill macro gaps

✅ Vitamin D3 + K2 – 2,000–5,000 IU + 100mcg

Hormones, immunity, bone health

✅ Omega-3 (EPA/DHA) – 1–2g/day

Cardio + brain health, inflammation control

✅ Ubiquinol (Active CoQ10) – 100–200mg/day

Mitochondrial function, statin support, energy

💡 Take these consistently. Most men need nothing more… unless they want to perform at a higher level.
